TATTOOING

It is illegal to Tattoo a minor (a person under the age of 18 years) in New York State.

 

PIERCING

Piercing of minors is permitted only with written, notarized consent of at least one parent, or legal guardian. If you are under the age of 18 and would like to be pierced, please pick up our company form at the studio. Please come with your legal guardian.

Piercings performed solely upon the earlobe are permitted at any age.  Although we prefer the age limit to be no younger than 8 yrs old. Please call the shop for our piercing schedule.
